Bespoke Wardrobe with Integrated TV | Kensington | London

Bespoke by Acorn was commissioned to create this bespoke wardrobe design with an integrated TV for a private residence in Kensington, London. Working in close collaboration with a leading interior designer, our objective was to maximise the architectural potential of the room which has an angled ceiling. Our client required a seamless integration of clothes storage, curated display areas, a dedicated media zone, and a hidden climate control system, all while maintaining an atmosphere of calm sophistication.

Refined and understated style with tailored functionality

The bespoke cabinetry has a refined, understated look which comes from the slim micro-shaker solid oak trim framing an inset wallpapered panel. Open shelving features on the far end of the cabinetry alongside the dedicated television recess, which is topped with additional overhead display areas. Three expansive, soft-closing drawers built into the lower register are configured for seamless everyday organisation. The combination of open shelving, cupboards and drawers achieves an attractive sense of order with only favourite items on show and other items neatly stored and hidden from view.

Space-saving integrated TV

For many London homes, especially where space is limited and every wall matters, a made to measure storage solution with an integrated TV is practical and transformative. Adding a television to the structure saves space, with no gaps to gather dust or extra furniture taking up valuable room. Wiring and cables are concealed and neatly out of view creating a beautiful clutter free yet multifunctional bedroom.
